Mise en Place Project Submission Directions
To submit your Mise en Place Project, you need to submit to Lori, either digitally or in hard copy, the following components. If you submit digitally, please submit ALL documentation on the same document. If you submit via hard copy, please submit ALL documentation in the same printed packet stapled together. You must submit all this by the end of class on Friday.

Hey all- I’m still really sick, so am out again. Some of you are VERY behind in journals...you should try to get caught up today, once you complete Journal 7 and your Mise en Place project. I know this is where it gets hard, because you have to actually change a behavior. Much easier to just talk about it, I know. So the Mise en Place project is a big point project, and you should make sure that you are doing it, and documenting your progress in words and/or photographs, EVERY DAY. Yes, EVERY DAY.
