Responsibility Circle- Breakout Rooms
Introduction: Inner Critic and Inner Defender Last week we were talking about the difference between mindsets between victims and creators. This week, we’re going to dig a little deeper and talk about our inner voices--the voice that we hear when we talk about ourselves in our own heads. Our big question is how can we make these voices help to make us more successful? Today we’re going to talk about two of the voices that often have negative influences- the Inner Critic and Inner Defender. Next week, we’ll talk about our Inner Guide.
Translations (10-15 min) Translate 10 statements into the voice of the inner guide. Go into breakout rooms and help each other out! Then we’ll come back and share our responses with the group. Journal #3: Changing Your Inner Conversation Review Journal #2 assignment and prompts. Journal #4: Wise Choice Process Review this process. You have more time for journals this week! HOMEWORK:
